First issue: 2024

• “i” Stands for intiative, inventiveness, investments, iALAP, independence, involvement, issuance and much other things…
• Initially when we started this project; we did it with the express intend on legitimizing Palai and eventually cause it to gain traction thus becoming of everyday usage for all the habitants of this planet: We the Humans.

There was so far; up to not so long ago, the generalized idea of not knowing the actual value of 1.00 Palai.

Now we have users who are adhering to the values given to 1.00 Palai on the different fiat currencies that we track because we been dilligent and consistent on tabulating the price.

Another thing that eventually became of a need it is for us to have our headquarters.

It does sound simple yet; a challenge to complete this.

So far; we have entered into an agreement and, we are purchasing the land for our building as well as getting ready to break ground… In order for us to be able to do this, we need to secure the funds to be able to do so.

We been pondering on How to secure such funds? and, in doing so benefiting all the Palai users.

One easy way would have been filling a loan application to eventually break ground and complete our headquarters.

This potentially would have had no benefit for the Palai users.

Another venue that we analized is the issuance of the i-BONDS.

So What is this?…

IBONDS are a: “…a type of… saving bonds designed to protect the value of your cash from inflation… High-yielding, lower-risk investments.”

In essence; it is a loan to an entity with, the potential for your money to be returned at the maturity of the bond as well as the interest earned during the life of the bond, payable at the due date for each coupon that the bond has.

We are aiming on an intial issuance of only 100 i-BONDS each with an investment value of 100.00 Palai. Each will have 5 coupons (1 for each year of the life of the i-BOND). Interest will be paid once a year on the same date the bond was issued as well as when the bond matures, the bondholder will receive back the initial investment of 100.00 Palai.

You are welcomed to invest in as many i-BONDS as you may want.

i-BONDS are Tax FREE so you will pay no tax at all on the yields.

i-BONDS are tradeable so, if you desire to sell it and get paid in Fiat Currency for them then; you are welcomed to do so.

i-BONDS produce interest in Palai so, this will be paid in Palai as well as being rounded to the nearest cent.

By the way: We do pledge to use the funds in a wise manner and break ground as quickly as possible as well as providing pictures of the progress.

Before we Break Ground and begin construction we are to secure the services of an architect so, if you are able and willing to desing our headquarters then, we need to talk…

When will those be available?: Those will be available the 2nd quarter of 2024.

Is there a particular requirement to be able to purchase the i-BONDS?: The only requirement is that you are a good standing member of Palai as well as becoming a Silver Member on Patreon.org by registering and opening an account that remains open during the time you are holding the i-BONDS.

Can or will an entity be able to purchase this i-BONDS?: Of course. This are designed for either a person or an entity.

Can the price of the i-BOND fluctuate?: The price will fluctuate as market conditions changes. This can happen up or down depending on the desirability of owning one of this i-BONDS.

Can this i-BONDS be endorsed?: Yes and, there are 2 ways they can be endorsed: First: by signing it on the back of the i-BOND thus transfering the ownership to someone else. Second: By extending or renewing the life of any i-BOND by reinvesting (for another five years) the original 100.00 Palai and receiving the coresponding new coupons as it deems.

What about if I happen to damage, destroy or lose my i-BONDS?: Sorry no replacements will be provided.

Is there a limit on the amount of i-BONDS that one can acquire?: The limit is up to the amount of total i-BONDS issued. The first edition will have only 100 pcs.

In life nothing arrives before its right time: Somehow God enabled Palai to exist for us to use it.

We; as one, are trying to legitimize Palai thru iALAP.org.

Please remember that our efforts are as good as your willingness to use Palai for your everyday purchases and investing in a future where Palai is another one of the currencies that the humans use for trade.

Also; do not forget that Palai, as well as any other currency: Fiat, Digital or otherwise is subject to the desirability of the public on using or owning it.

Inevitably some other currencies will fade away due to the lack of usage, lack of value, the amount of currency in circulation or many other reasons as we have seen previously in the past.

Let’s show our strenght! by investing in s.

Do your part and request the payment in Palai.

If your currency is in disstres then; it is time for an alternate currency that has its bright future ahead because it is of recent creation instead of old currencies that has began to show signs of disstress.

The final say so it is in your hands: The final user of the currency.
