Details of the building we are going to construct and call it home.

• All institutions are created with the idea of fulfilling a need after a need is discovered and; the necessity to fulfill this need is realized by creating all the things associated in realizing it’s mission of purpose.

  This is why we need a place we can call it our home.

  We would like to take this opportunity to extend an invitation to you (or to your business) if you are an architect or a building planner to provide to us with the detailed plans for our building.

  What is it that we need?

  1.- The rendering of the building we will call it home.

  2.- The construction plans for us to be able to break ground.

  3.- Any energy saving ideas that will enable us to be energy efficient, water saving and CO2 compliant.

  4.- Any other pertinent recommendations in regards our home.

  What is it that hour home will have?

  A basement for storage purposes.

  The street level floor with the entrance to the other floors for the building and one commercial space for a convenience store.

  On the first floor we need a lobby and as many doctor’s offices we can house in it.

  The second floor will be our main offices.

  The third floor will have an auditorium for us to have the meetings during our general assembly.

  Remember that Our Building… Our Home… most likely will become an icon in the landscape and a place for all the users of Palai to visit once in their lifetime as a “must do it” because it is the mark where everything started…

  Don’t forget that our home will have a sign bearing the name or names of the designers for you to get all the credit in creating our world headquarters.

  Also, let us know the amount of Palai is required to be able to retain your services.

  We strongly believe this is a Once in a lifetime opportunity that has come to our hands and a serious chance to build something remarkable that will represent the Palai community of users that believe in a bright future and are willing to bet on us being able to legitimize Palai to the extend that it becomes of widespread usage for the generations to come.

  The future has started…Be a part of this bright future

  On the other hand…We would like to invite you to donate as well. It could be in kind or electronically:

  1.- Physical precious metals: Old jewelry, coins, etc.

  2.- Physical Shares of any of the Fortune 500 Companies: Please request a printout of any of the actual shares you already own for us to receive those as a donation.

  3.- Physical Fiat Currency of current circulation. It does not matter where it is from for as long as it is still in use. Also; it does not matter the denomination.

  4.- Donate your time if you would like to help in enlarging this project. We could use all hands available so; lets talk.

  5.- Purchase some i-Bonds denominated in Palai that will in turn give you a monthly return during a 5 year period. Please remember that the dividend will vary depending on the latest Rates of Exchange that we publish every other day or so. So far we have issued only 100 and some of those they have been sold already.

  6.- Obviously you can donate any amount you wish to do in Palai.

  Speaking about donations; we need to know if your donation is for the “iALAP.org General Fund” or for the “Palai Fortress Fund”.

  What are those?

  – The iALAP.org General Fund are the funds we have designated for us to be able to operate as well as to be able to erect our headquarters.

  The Palai Fortress Funds are the valuables we have committed onto not spending those and to safeguard them to the extend that they will represent the thing of value that is backing the currently available Palai in circulation…

  Feel free to donate to either one of them because this benefits all of us the users of Palai.

  

  Speaking about Home… We have realized that currently there are several economies around our planet that over time; the people who are in charge of those economies, they have decided to overspent and in doing so they have maxed out their spending capabilities.

  Eventually they will have to start reducing their spending habits like any other household would do or otherwise face an eminent bankruptcy with all the associated consequences.

  So; If you perhaps are living abroad and have not secured the pertinent documents that allows you to stay where you currently are, we would like to encourage you to seek assistance in securing those documents to be able to legally stay and in case you are not able to do so, to please return voluntarily to wherever you may have come from.

  In difficult times we are to pull together and do whatever is necessary to be able to survive as one species: Human.

  Any household that requires to downsize and reduce spending will do anything that is necessary to be able to spend less and balance their budget. This may include getting rid of spending that is not essential or frivolous and; even support for charities that has been helping you to be able to remain where you have been all along.

  Planning a voluntary return can be done on your own terms as well as with your own means. Waiting for any authority to collect you and have you returned to wherever you may have come from it is not desirable at all.

  It is undeniable that an economic and political shift has started all around our planet and; a new paradigm of uncharted consequences has begun.

  It is inevitably that there will winners and losers all around us and that one cannot “continue kicking the can down the road” because we have reached the end of the road.

  In essence we are in front of a cyclical event that occurs every 100 years or so… the evidence is all around us.

  Supporting the place and people where you originally came out off, will increasingly be not possible because the piggy bank has been depleted and there is no more coins and bills to take out from this piggy bank.

  Rules, regulations and requirements will be strengthen and enforced more often. This is a given and we truly believe that the original citizens of the place you currently are illegally; will in turn, remind you kindly that they are also in a difficult situation by not hiring you.

  As we said earlier, we are in front of a once in a lifetime event. Please consider what we have said and act upon this.

  Nations around the world are beginning to accept this new reality and some of their citizens are electing people that will try to enhance the living conditions that currently they have by enacting strong measures of tightening their economies and stop the wasteful expenses.

  No one around this planet has ever planed for a imminent time whereas “the leader of the free world” steps down onto the second place.

  This is inevitable because history has proven that no matter how powerful an empire had been… They all have eventually started to lose their influence to eventually be replaced by another one.

  Let it be clear: We are in favor of humanity as a hole and; not in favor of any particular group of humans that perhaps this time around they believe that after 5000 years of existence or so, they believe it is their well deserved chance to take the first place and lead the destiny of humanity as a whole.

  We do believe that we need to all sit down and plan our future as one human species.

  Perhaps lifting up the place you originally came out is the best bet to start with.
